Erin A. Geter, is a human resources executive, with over 10 years of experience in employee recruitment, staff development, and performance management. She is skilled in implementing policies and strategically partnering with leaders to impact organization profitability, employee morale, and overall productivity.
Currently, she is an Employee Resources Partner at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, California. She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and mentors younger employees in her spare time. Throughout her career, she has been successful in helping managers equitably manage their employees resulting in a successful outcome for all.
She is an expert in human resources with experience in investment banking having started her career at Citibank. Since then, she has worked in sales at AT&T, college recruiting at Georgia-Pacific and Siemens, and found her sweet spot in HR at General Electric prior to joining Google. As a HR professional, she has formed strong relationships with leadership at Google. She has also developed, managed and led continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives in line with the company’s goals.
In her spare time, Erin loves to travel, try new cuisines and spend time with her infant daughter, Eden. Her love for travel spurred her interest in participating in Zoe’s 2017 trip to Kenya with Impact Church. The time in Kenya put a lot into perspective and she is eager to continue to contribute to Zoe’s mission of empowering children to move beyond poverty.
She resides in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter. She earned an BA in International Studies from Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia.
