Tim Thoman founded Performance Services, Inc. In 1998 and is currently its President & CEO. Performance Services is a design build construction company with emphasis on energy efficiency and renewable energy with operations in 10 states from Wisconsin to Texas. They have been chosen as the #1 company in Indiana’s and Illinois’ Best Places to Work competition three times in five competitions.

He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

Tim has been married to Cathy for 31 years and they have four children and three grandchildren. They have participated monthly in a couple’s Bible study for 21 years. Tim enjoys running, cycling, basketball, skiing, golf, fishing, travelling and mostly time with family. Tim and Cathy reside in Carmel, IN.
