Soon after empowerment groups are formed, the youth-led families begin attending trainings and receive resources to begin working towards self-sufficiency. As such, it is very helpful to receive the first payment towards your pledge as soon as the children begin meeting or in advance if possible. Payments may be made on your own time schedule, but we do ask that at least a third of the total commitment is paid each year.
