Josh Harnagel currently serves as EVP, Corporate Development and VP, Marketing for Redbird Flight Simulations, an Austin Texas based flight training technology company. Josh leads the M&A function for Redbird and he is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s marketing and product strategy. He has held a number of leadership positions in sales, marketing, product development, customer success, and operations at Redbird in the 15 years he has been with the company.

Josh and his wife, Amelia, are members of Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin Texas. Josh serves as Chair of the Mission Committee and on the board of the TUMC Endowment. Josh and Amelia have been supporters of Zoe Empowers since they traveled to Rwanda in 2019.

Josh attended Texas A&M University in College Station Texas and spent several years after college as a flight instructor. He can often be found fly-fishing Texas rivers or flying in his Beechcraft Bonanza. He lives in Austin Texas with his wife, six year old daughter, Jacqueline, and two year old son, Paul.
