Robert Ondrasek retired from a teaching/coaching career of over 35 years. Robert opened Top Tier Training Camps, LLC in 2008 to incorporate character, excellence and self-confidence into athletics and hosts 150-200 athletes each year.

Robert is a born and raised Texan. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in education. He and his wife Jane have been married for 39 years and have two boys, Kevin and Kyle.

He enjoys mentoring high school student/athletes, ranching with his nephews, golfing, fishing, hiking and attending A&M United Methodist in College Station with Jane and his family.

Zoe trips to Kenya, Liberia and Rwanda were key motivating experiences in how impactful mission work can be.
