Stan Bradshaw has been involved in banking for more than 40 years, as an officer, director, organizer and investor. With ties to Indianapolis, St. Louis and the Midwest, Stan formerly served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Roosevelt Bank of St. Louis. He was a cofounder, investor and Chairman of the Board of Square 1 Bank, a nationwide bank focusing on emerging growth companies in the technology and life science businesses. Stan served as CEO and Chief Investment Officer of The Roosevelt Group, an investment company that specialized in bank stocks. Stan currently serves as Lead Director of Illinois-based First Busey Corporation, the holding company for $12 billion Busey Bank and its $10 billion wealth management business. Stan also currently serves as a cofounding organizer and director of the Triad Business Bank.
